FOR GPs & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS

Refer to the right clinician.

Aurora provides menopause care, medical weight management and bariatric surgical care in Perth. Our clinicians work across complementary areas of practice, allowing patients to be directed to the clinician and pathway most appropriate for their needs.

INTEGRATED CARE

When menopause and weight concerns overlap.

Some patients present with both menopausal symptoms and concerns about weight or metabolic health. These can be considered together where clinically appropriate, while recognising that menopause and obesity are distinct clinical issues requiring individual assessment. There is no separate combined Menopause + Weight Loss appointment. The appropriate starting clinician depends on the patient’s primary reason for presentation.
